Nitrogen oxide waste gas treatment project.

This project was put into operation in October 2020, and it will treat the nitrogen oxide waste gas, nitric acid purification waste gas and fugitive emission waste gas produced by 4 sets of silver nitrate solution.
Among them, in the process of dissolving silver with nitric acid, 1.5 tons of silver are dissolved in each batch, and 1500L of nitric acid is added. According to theoretical calculation, the average concentration of the reactor mouth can reach more than 100,000 mg/m3. We design and adopt two-stage bubbling oxidation + two-stage water jet treatment + three-stage Jet absorption + first-stage SDG adsorption for treatment, waste gas produced by nitric acid purification is also processed through two-stage bubbling oxidation + two-stage water jet treatment + third-stage jet absorption + first-stage SDG adsorption, and unorganized exhaust waste gas is passed through three-stage Alkali spraying is used for treatment, and after the inspection by the owner, the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides in the treated exhaust gas is 82mg/m3.
