The waste gas to be treated includes the nitrogen oxide waste gas produced by the dissolution of palladium aqua regia and the alkaline waste gas produced by the palladium refining process. The nitrogen oxide waste gas is treated by two-stage bubbling absorption + four-stage jet absorption + one-stage lye spraying. The toxic waste gas is treated by two-stage acid spraying.
