Process principle: Our company signed a contract with Xinchang Gongsheng Materials Co., Ltd. for palladium refining and waste gas treatment, each batch can refine 10-15kg of palladium, using glass reaction vessel and liquid storage tank, the whole reaction process is transparent and visible, easy to clean, no backlog, the reaction vessel and filtration device are using real air conditioning liquid, easy to operate, the reaction wind cabinet is designed with transparent sliding door, and the wind cabinet is designed with fume deflector. The waste gas produced can be completely extracted.
The exhaust gases to be treated are nitrogen oxide exhaust gas from palladium aqua regia dissolution and alkaline exhaust gas from palladium refining process, nitrogen oxide exhaust gas is treated by two-stage bubble absorption + four-stage jet absorption + one-stage alkaline spray, alkaline exhaust gas is treated by two-stage acid spray, raw material: platinum palladium rhodium raw material.
