silver electrolysis can be continuously processed by the non-residue silver electrolysis unit. The electrolyte with excess impurity ions can be
directly returned to the electrolysis after being treated by the electrolyte purification process. Compared with the company's original silver
electrolysis process, the technology and equipment of this project save a lot of time and cost in the silver powder cleaning process, residual
electrode treatment process, and waste electrolyte treatment process.
The waste gas treated by this project includes high-concentration nitrogen oxide waste gas produced by gold mud (anode mud) nitric acid removal,
nitric acid dissolved silver, and aqua regia dissolved gold. It adopts two-stage bubbling absorption + four-stage jet absorption + two-stage lye
spraying. After treatment, the emission concentration of various exhaust gases after treatment meets the requirements of the state and the owner.
This project was put into operation in June 2020, and the equipment has been operating stably since it was put into operation.
