Ⅲ, process introduction.
1、Anode plate casting: The silver electrolysis process requires that the crude silver be cast into anode plates, and the cast silver anode plates are inserted into the silver automatic electrolysis equipment for the subsequent electrolysis operation process. Therefore, before the raw silver enters the electrolysis process, the anode plate casting process must be carried out first. The collected crude silver is melted in a medium frequency furnace, and after melting, it is poured into the anode mold car and cast into a specified size of crude silver anode.
2, making liquid: the process of making silver nitrate and nitric acid mixed with water dissolved in is called making liquid, making liquid can be made by reacting pure silver with nitric acid, the reaction equation of silver and nitric acid reaction is as follows: Ag + 2HNO3 → AgNO3 + NO2↑ + H2O; the high concentration of nitrogen oxide produced by making liquid needs to be absorbed by high concentration of nitrogen oxide waste gas treatment equipment.
3、Loading the tank: If the condition can be, it can be loaded on the traveling crane. When loading the tank, the workers hang the cast silver anode plate on the silver anode finishing rack and lift it to the silver electrolytic tank by the traveling crane. This step reduces the labor intensity of workers, avoids direct contact with electrolyte, and effectively improves the working environment of workers. After loading the tank, the electrolytic purification of crude silver is carried out.
4、Electrolysis and discharge: After adjusting the current and voltage of the silver electrolysis unit to the specified value, the automatic scraping system is turned on, and only one person is needed to inspect the electrolysis work normally during the electrolysis process.
5、Silver powder cleaning: silver powder cleaning is after the electrolysis of silver powder, the silver powder into the cleaning and drying machine, cleaning using deionized hot water, cleaning is completed, the liquid into the washing liquid storage tank, a wash water used as a supplement electrolyte, the second wash water collected as the next silver powder a wash water use, wash water cross repeated use, so as to greatly reduce the generation of waste water.
