Process Principle.
The project is located in Qike, Zhejiang Province, with an annual processing capacity of 15,000 tons of waste catalysts, including 9,000t/a of waste automobile exhaust gas purification catalysts and 1,000t/a of other waste catalysts containing precious metals, from which precious metals are extracted. The annual output is 16.5 tons of palladium, 4 tons of platinum, 1784 kg of rhodium, 77.5 kg of iridium, 200 kg of pure iridium, 748 kg of gold, 2449 kg of ruthenium trichloride, and the supporting waste gas treatment equipment for the whole plant.
