CPUs RAMs Gold Recovery Machine
Integrated E-Scrap Precious Metal Recovery Solution
For most large e-scrap recyclers, the conventional approach to precious metal recovery involves selling e-scrap materials to a handful of global smelters. However, these smelters typically employ pyrometallurgical methods, which involve burning the materials in furnaces, resulting in significant value loss for recyclers due to multiple discounts and management fees. As a consequence, recyclers often receive only a small fraction of the actual precious metal value contained in the e-scraps they sell to these monopolistic smelters.
Recognizing these challenges and the growing demand among small-to-medium-sized e-scrap recyclers to recover gold (Au), silver (Ag), and palladium (Pd) independently, Jin Quan has developed an innovative hydrometallurgical solution. This system enables the recovery of not only Au, Ag, and Pd but also platinum (Pt), indium (In), and iridium (Ir) from e-scraps through a simple and highly effective process. Moreover, the system is designed for ease of use, allowing operators with minimal training to achieve professional-grade results without requiring specialized expertise.
Specifically, our Gold Deplating System is engineered to extract gold from gold-plated materials sourced from obsolete electronic products. Currently recognized as the most efficient gold extraction method, this system achieves a recovery rate of up to 99%, with the added benefit of producing high-purity gold after further refining. The system is versatile and applicable to a wide range of gold-plated materials commonly found in everyday life, including waste cellphone circuit boards, computer CPUs and motherboards, discarded VCDs, DVDs, and TVs, game consoles, fax machines, telephone sets, electroplating factory leftovers, electronic component manufacturing waste, and printing industry byproducts.
In addition to our advanced recovery technologies, Jin Quan specializes in the research and development of cutting-edge equipment for precious metal extraction. Our comprehensive services encompass advanced smelting and refining technologies, environmental protection solutions for e-waste processing, custom design and manufacturing of non-standard equipment, and complete workshop design and installation. Furthermore, we provide operator training and trial production guidance, ensuring that recyclers can maximize the value of their e-scrap materials while reducing reliance on traditional smelters.
By integrating these capabilities, we empower recyclers to achieve greater control over their operations, ultimately enhancing both profitability and sustainability in the e-scrap recycling industry.
