The Proses Makina refining system is equipped with a cold water circulation condenser that provides good acid recovery and good flue gas neutralization. The refining system consists of a cylinder made of polypropylene with an inclination of about 25° and offers the possibility to adjust the speed of rotation by means of a special motor with continuous rotation. This continuous rotation allows a good scrubbing of precious metal particles, sludge and thus their fast and smooth dissolution.
The chemical refining system includes refiner, settling tank, scrubber, filter press, cooler, decanter centrifuge.
