Tellurium Electrolyzer

Most of the existing fine tellurium electrolysis uses traditional electrolyzer. During electrolysis, the contact between the cathode plate and the lateral tellurium row is mostly a small area of point contact, resulting in high contact resistance, high tank pressure and low current efficiency; the traditional electrolyzer has only the electrolysis part and does not involve the cleaning process, which has limited functions. The traditional fine tellurium electrolyzer has low automation, limited functions, low current efficiency, high environmental pollution in the cleaning process, poor manual cleaning effect and high cost, which cannot meet the industrial demand of fine tellurium production.

A new type of tellurium electrolyzer: The alkaline electrolyzer mainly consists of power supply, electrolyzer box, electrolyte, cathode, anode and diaphragm. The electrolyte is potassium hydroxide solution (koh) with a concentration of 20%-30%; the diaphragm is mainly composed of asbestos, which mainly plays the role of gas separation, while the two electrodes are mainly composed of metal alloy.
The principle of tellurium electrolyzer: at the cathode, the water molecule is decomposed into hydrogen ion (h+) and hydroxide ion (oh-), the hydrogen ion gets electron to generate hydrogen atom and further hydrogen molecule (h2); the hydroxide ion (oh-) passes through the porous diaphragm under the electric field force between the cathode and anode and reaches the anode, where it loses electron to generate a water molecule and oxygen molecule.
3. Advantages of new tellurium electrolyzer.
1、Selected raw materials: PPH is used to make it, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance.
2、Good sealing: integrated production, no gaps, not easy to penetrate, strict quality control
3、Complete specifications: We are a manufacturer and can customize products according to customers' requirements, with good workmanship.
