Vacuum unit equipment

I. Equipment Features
The vacuum unit is composed of a series of units including anti-corrosion PP water tank, buffer tank, RPP water jet pump, check valve, steam-water jet pump, and vacuum pump. The structure is compact, energy consumption is low, the vacuum level is high, and it is mobile.
II. Precautions for Use
1. The equipment should be installed on a flat and solid foundation to ensure the strength of the equipment's weight.
2. Before starting, fill the water tank with water and open the water inlet valve of the water pump. The water pump must not be started without water or in reverse rotation to prevent damage to the water pump.
3. For the steam-water series units, start the water source first, and then the water jet vacuum begins to work. Then open the steam switch, and the steam pump starts working. For the water jet unit, start the water tank first, and then the water jet begins to work. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.092 Mpa, the Roots vacuum pump can be started. If the vacuum is lower than -0.092 Mpa, stop the vacuum pump immediately. It is recommended to install equipment control electrical switches for easier operation.
4. During use, the circulating water tank should be frequently replenished with cooling water and the circulating water should be replaced to reduce the working water temperature. Be sure to prevent particles and debris in the circulating water.
5. When the equipment is shut down, open the vent valve on the vacuum tank first to reduce the vacuum degree. Then stop the operation. Otherwise, backflow and equipment damage may occur.
