The high reaction temperature of 80-oc in nitric acid will lead to a large amount of volatilization of noble metal oxides and other impurities in nitric acid, which will cause serious loss of noble metal oxides in the refining process. Therefore, we design a gas-liquid separator at the outlet of the reactor to condense the flue gas at the outlet, so that the acid mist in the flue gas condenses and returns to the reactor, which can effectively reduce the acid consumption and the loss of precious metals.
The waste gas after condensation treatment enters the buffer tank. The reagent inside the buffer tank is oxidant, which can oxidize the low-cost and difficult to treat NOx waste gas in the waste gas into NO2. A bubbling nozzle designed by our company is installed at the bottom of the buffer tank. This bubbling nozzle can make the waste gas highly dispersed in the agent, make the gas-liquid two-phase fully contact, and improve the oxidation efficiency. The oxidation efficiency can reach more than 95%.
The waste gas after oxidation treatment in the buffer tank enters the jet jet jet tower. The jet jet jet tower is designed with a jet pump. The nitrogen oxide waste gas is pumped into the ejector by using the negative pressure generated by the high-speed circulating agent and forcibly mixed with the agent. A necking section is set in the ejector. After the agent with nitrogen oxide waste gas arrives here, it will be further dispersed due to resistance, The nitrogen oxide can be fully mixed with the reagent to improve the reaction efficiency.
The tower is designed with spray layer and packing layer. The spray liquid is sprayed from top to bottom by the dynamic wave spray head with special structure designed by our company (Patent No.: zl2017 21869456.7). The device has the advantages of high gas-liquid ratio, long gas-liquid contact time, low resistance and uniform distribution. During the movement of unreacted nitrogen oxides from the bottom up in the tower, a layer of water film will be formed when contacting with the spray liquid, and the reaction will occur again.
The packing of the packing layer is Bauer ring packing, which has the advantages of large flux, large specific surface area, low resistance and high separation efficiency. It can disperse the waste gas again and react with the agent.
Cooling device and pH monitoring device are also designed in the jet tower to ensure that the reaction can be carried out under the best conditions.
The unique structure of the jet jet jet tower designed by our company can fully contact and react with the nitrogen oxide waste gas, and the single-stage purification efficiency can reach more than 80%. The reagent in the tower is urea solution, and the reaction products of urea solution and NO2 are nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water.
