Gold-loaded carbon electrolysis process
First, the gold-loaded carbon is pre-treated and screened to separate carbon powder and fine particles and enter the carbon storage tank.
Then, water and sodium hydroxide are added to the analysis tank, and the liquid is heated to 150°C by a circulation pump and enters the desorption column, where it is mixed with the gold-loaded carbon and flows into the electrolytic cell. The liquid circulates in the system for 6-8 hours. When the temperature drops to about 110°C, power is turned on for electrolysis, gold is deposited as gold mud, and carbon is released and can be used again in the adsorption process.
The entire process achieves efficient gold recovery and carbon recycling through temperature and circulation control.
